Rationale

This task is a speech which aims on making teenagers think about the most common problem or drift if I might say. I was inspired about writing this when I came across a fact which stated that in a study done by some of Harvard’s professor it was found that by 2020 depression will be the most common cause of cause of disease and death. After seeing that post I realized that if we see most of the people suffering from depression are teenager and if one thinks about how defeatist that can be for our upcoming future as we see every 1 out of 4 people are prey of this unearthly problem of depression. Target audience are mostly teenagers.

My name is Chandler and I am Indian American teenager living in the reservation which we Indian call as the Rez. So this all started when one day I was on my way to attend a show and I was travelling via tube and I see this minor sitting next to me I thought since I am free why not talk to him, get to know this young man as I was about to I saw tears in his eyes with his eyes closed after asking him several times and buying him coffee words came out of his mouth. The reason that was given by this teenager got me blank and appaled he said he had a breakup and now he believes he cannot do anything anymore he is thinking about committing suicide. I came back home and I thought about it. Before I reveal my thoughts I just want to ask every one of you what are you depressed about is it poverty is it hunger or maybe fear of terrorism in your city or country knowing the fact that your family including you could be killed anytime. Maybe not most of the people have reasons like a breakup, envy, financial or friends. Here I don’t say don’t be upset about these things but spoiling your life over something as dangerous as depression, I urge you to think over about this experience I am about to share. I was travelling in Indian when my car stopped on a red light there were four kids who were playing under the flyover area 4 little girls barely have their clothes on full body covered with dirt and wounds might not have eaten food for days and after all this situation and condition what the were doing was inspiring, three girls were trying to dress the fourth one with leftover racks and papers covering her head and treating her like a bride one of them was pretending that she has a camera and that she is taking that girl’s picture. Just imagine doesn’t that tells you so much and indicate you that instead of joining the cue, it's critical we realize why we get down, and after that how we can transform it, in light of the fact that trust it or not, we make our own particular negative sentiments and we can likewise guarantee that we turn our lives around and be a positive change for others. My perception says the reason anyone gets depressed always comes down to the CONSISTENT thoughts we think, and the CONSISTENT beliefs we hold.

In school we are trained how to land a position, however, nobody encourages us how to live in a condition of bliss. Nobody shows us how essential our cognizant and oblivious considerations and affiliations are. Is our bliss not worth in excess of an occupation? Indeed it is. Also, before you say, joy won't pay my bills satisfaction WILL pay your bills, when you understand you will be 10 times more stimulated, centred and make a positive move in your life, when you FIRST create yourself as a need and afterwards get to all the "stuff" of the world. I've seen a few people, who numerous would consider to "have everything" end their life since they thought they were sufficiently bad. An idea, a conviction inside them revealed to them they were not commendable. These individuals that numerous were desirous of, numerous jealous of, was sufficiently bad. With respect to overcoming those repeating musings of "I'm a disappointment" "I'll never accomplish anything" "individuals my age have done as such significantly more and are substantially more effective than me" and so forth and so on.

Everything comes down to a matter of reconstructing your brain into contemplating yourself and transforming each one of those considerations around into musings of progress and inspiration. I can't recall where however I heard that it takes around 9 long periods of continually helping out that thing to end up a propensity that is instilled in your everyday life, perhaps considerably longer to turn our depressive personalities around. Trust me I am very aware of my tongue when I say this that depression won't just change your life but of 10 others who are around you who want to see you succeed one just needs to find a reason a thing even if it's materialistic, that can inspire and get the best out of you. Just make sure you persist. Dream of a great life with your loved ones, not ways to suicide. Simply imagine that you are not only an individual encountering these things, a few people are having more awful battles than yours. You are qualified to carry on with your life without limitations. We are on the whole blessed breathing at this moment. We are fortunate to have thorough physical highlights and wellbeing attitude, a few people are battling with their insufficiencies in their bodies yet they beat conditions more than you do, you are made on the grounds that you have the power and force to defend yourselves with the fight. Effective individuals battled hard in any case, they are currently living with a flourishing and sound way of life.

This I can assure that once if you think about it with an open mind and no negative thought of yours you’ll see that you would never be hopeless with your life instead you would always want to help those in need. What it's worth: acknowledge it. Acknowledge that a few people have low days and those days may transform into weeks but important part is your confidence that it will end with a brighter side than ever. So before taking a leave I just want to say it’s a very short life be so happy and enthusiastic that you regret a single minute wasted on being depressed over something. I know my speech wont help cure this vast problem but if these mere words help someone overcome this monster of depression ill consider myself to be a success.
