Why Parents Should Stay at Home for The Sake of Children's Happiness

When a new member of the family comes to the world people`s life gets the 180 degrees turn. They have to learn how to function in a new reality with a baby. Also, they have to consider, who will take care of the financial side of life. There are two ways. Mother or father can either stay home and take care of the child or get back to work in relatively short time after a birth, while the other parent - mom or dad - works to provide money. Both solutions have advantages and disadvantages. I my opinion it would be better if mom or dad could stay home with the child as much time as it is needed. Of course, some kind of sacrifices have to be made. Also, all couples will consider pros and cons on their hand and adjust the solution to their particular situation.

I think, that there is nothing more important than child`s happiness. Kid is happy when is taken care of. Who can do it better that a parent? Nowadays, we hear stories about cruel nannies who bit babies and do other unacceptable things. How many of you would take the risk and leave the baby with a strange person? Moms or dads have this special type of patience that make them the best people to rise the baby. This is the situation, that both sides - parents and child - take benefits from. Baby gets time, attention and quality time with parent. And parent has a unique chance to see how a small human being getting bigger and smarter by discovering the world every single day.

At the other hand, parents who decide to have one of them staying home may suffer from insufficient income. That is a scarifies that should be consider before the final decision is taken. Having a baby equals additional expenses. Depend on the country, some of these expenses may be covered by government but majority of it stays on parents head. On top of that, some of the stay home parents may suffer a kind of isolation from society. That is totally normal when somebody stays at home for longer time, in many cases without the possibility to hang out with other adults. Another disadvantages of being a stay home parent is lack in an employment. Sometimes, people won`t find it possible to get a job after spending years on raising a baby.

In conclusion, I think that one have to be considered. We all should ask ourselves what is more important. In my point of view, baby`s health and wellbeing comes first. Being responsible parent means that some sacrifices have to be done and complicated decision taken. Even if it is uncomfortable for some time for parents it definitely will benefit in the future. Well raised child will be a huge happiness. Parents! Spear time for your kinds!
