Abraham Maslow was a popular psychologist from the 1950s to the 1970s. He developed a model to illustrate how people test their personality according to their personal needs. This is called 'Maslow's hierarchy of needs'. The model is represented by a triangle. The bottom of the triangle is the largest and is the psychological need. Since this is the base of the triangle and the largest, Maslow interprets it as a basic personal need. Most of what Maslow includes in this area are personal health and medical needs. These things are something a person cannot live without, such as: oxygen, sleep, physical activity, water, and rest. Psychological needs are followed by safety and security needs, which occupy the second layer of the triangle. When an individual satisfies his psychological needs, he will seek order and security. Perhaps you will seek a secure job so that you can continue to meet your psychological needs, or you will seek a refuge or community where you can find safety and tranquility. These are some examples of security and safety requirements.
