Arguments Why There Isn't a True Love

I am 19 years old. Since I was born, I have never realised true love. People do date and do marry each other, but they do that because of their selfish motive. I have been in relationship a rare time, but that was enough for me to know that true love does not exist. Once I loved a man, I permitted him to be really close to me, but all he wanted was sex, so he left me in a year.

Some people said that when a person is in love, his ability to take right decisions gradually down to zero. This love could be anything human, mobile, car, habit. He said me, why is that I love Facebook and hate math because our brain does not want to do anything that pushes it out of comfort zone. A girl told me that real love means when you are willing to do anything for the other person and when you are completely open to them about everything and do not hide anything. Some youngsters say that love is the most beautiful, happiest thing in life, when we are in love, we never fell alone in the world. Never feel alone struggling with problems. Love is bond between two souls who are ready to accept each other inspite of their sorrows, flaws, angers and ready to share the emotions, happiness and care for each other.

I do not believe in true love. I feel there is nothing like true love. it is just that a person gets used to another person and support each other have trust on each other. You can not love someone for who they are, because people can never know each other 100%. When you think you are in love, it’s your mind who play with reality, and makes your lover perfect for you. Maybe you think you love someone, but I bet that one of you will love the other one more, and the one who loves most, will be used in this evil game called love. Be with someone you trust, admire and trust. Not love like a fool.

“A young person asked another person, why are you eating fish? He said, I love fish. The young man gave the answer, oh you love the fish. That’s why you took it out of the water and boiled it and killed it. Do not tell me you love fish. You love yourself because the fish tastes good to you, therefore you took it from the water and boiled it and killed it. So, love does not exist”. 

Respect the word love. Stop saying I love you, seriously, it is the most misused phrase on Earth, I feel most people of our generation do not know the real meaning of love when they see beautiful, smart, educated person and attract toward the person, they say I love you but tell me, do you mean it. Today, lot of youngsters hate the name of love because people misuse the other for fulfilling their expectation and say I love you but after some time when expectations are fulfilling, they leave the person alone. If you respect the love, please understand the difference between love and possession.

Love say I want you to be glad, but possession say, I want you to make me joyful because possession is the reverse of love. Love says “we”, possession says “me” and possession is a birdcage and love is the sea, possession wants to control, loves wants to unrestricted, possession toughens the hearts, love soften it, possession picks the flower out of the ground, love waters it, possession wants to hide, but love is vulnerable and uncovered. Possession sees the body, love sees the soul and love trusts the process, but possession controls the direction, possession wants to win the fight, but love wants to win. Possession is filled with darkness, love with sunlight, possession says who is true, love says what is true. Possession fades left, but love forever because it is everlasting, but look nothing is faultless, even love needs to be fed, a daily dose of forgiveness, time, understanding, not just those empty words “I love you”. If you are willing to fix things that are broken, not just throw them away, I promise you, your love will last a lifetime and everyday feel brand new.

Overall, if you commit someone, I only like you but he or she like other person photos on Facebook and you jealous. Is it love? If you say I love country, but you do not follow the rule and regulations, do not clean the city. Is it a love? Some people say I love cigarette, but he knows it is not good for health. Is it a love? If you say your lover do not wear dress of your choice, wear only my type of dresses. Is it a love? No, it is not a love, it is only your expectations, feelings, thoughts and attraction.
