Career Preference of The Ict Students

People nowadays are too complicated to be determined in terms of choosing a suitable career. Their feelings play a big role, if they will stay or not in their chosen career. Since the dawn of time, man has studied many aspects about the world, aspect like human sociability, psychology, philosophy, history and many more. One given topic of today is career preference of the ICT students. What path do they really want to take?

For decades, scholars from a variety of disciplines have been interested in the traits and the ability of one individual, because such preferences have implications for people's behavior and their personal attributes. Much of these researches are focused on the perceive desirability of various personality traits (e.g., social status, physical) and generally reveals that in our industrial setting people refer to have an employee who possess an intelligent honest "a good or" productive personality in the work place.

Most of us seek a suitable job to earn living for life or at least for a while. But how do we choose a right career in life? After all, we meet hundreds, even thousands, of people and of course in our daily lives. What makes people leave their job and get a new one? Is it because they don't earn that much for a living? Is it because they're tired doing things they usually do? Psychological Science has long been trying to answer their questions, and with considerable success.

Individuals are concern about their characteristics in terms of their physical attributions, attitude or character, and intelligence these are the factors that should be research to this topic while variables like age, geographical location and socio economic states of a certain individual can be a factor of their career preference.

What do they prefer in choosing career in terms of career preferences? There are many preferable attitudes that an individual has to possess. We're growing like muds in the era people are inventing an improving some innovative ways for us to be more productive, competitive and reliable to do our jobs. Two types of people in an industrial setting that ICT students must know are the dominant one and the submissive one. Each type has a certain strength and weakness and preferable type of behavior.
