Have you already feel that you’re not good enough? When was the last time you feel that you’re not good enough? All of us are experiencing hard times, problems and challenges in life. Some people use it as a motivation, keep their faith and continue living their lives. Some are pitying, they feel sorry for themselves that sometimes lead to depression and the most terrible is they kill themselves because they think it’s the only solution to get rid of it. We have different perspective on how we will surpass the challenges that we are facing right now and it’s hard, but we should not let the anxiety kill us.

According to latest gathered data of World Health Organization (WHO), about 800,000 people died every year due to suicide which is one person every 40 seconds. Suicide is one of the leading causes of death nowadays especially those people aged 15-29 years old. Many people are suffering in depression and anxiety, kill themselves because they thought it’s the only solution. The thought of suicide most often occurs when a person feels that he/she run out of solutions and feel that they’re not good enough, when they feel that their problems are unescapable and seems that it has no end.

Challenges are part of our daily lives, it’s up to us how we will deal with it. Sadly, many people especially the ones who are afraid to be judge by others blames themselves, their abilities and capabilities, attempt to harm themselves to lessen the pain, and the most horrible is they’re end their own lives. They feel that their lives are not worth living, but that’s not true. No matter who we are and no matter what we have done, we are all worth living our lives. Remember that God gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers. God doesn’t give us battles that we can’t solve and we can’t do. Always remember that making mistakes are better than faking perfections. Some people only hate you because of the way other people love you. You are worth it and you are not alone. Yes sometimes it’s okay not to be okay, it’s okay not to be perfect, it’s okay to cry to lessen the pain, it’s okay to feel broken because that’s how the light comes in. You can’t win at everything but you can try and difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations.

Practice pause. When in doubt, pause. When you feel angry, pause. When you’re tired, pause. When you are stressed, pause. And when you pause, pray. Let God break you then make you whole again because everything happens for a reason. Keep your faith in God and he will never leave you. God’s plans are always perfect and nothing can stop God’s plans. Trust him and hope though everything keeps failing. Never give up and make your life a special one in this wonderful world.
