We all are very much conscious when it comes to our looks, face, and skin. Facial skin plays a very important part of our lives as it directly depicts our mood. Facial muscles contract and get a bit hard when we are sad or when we show anger. While, on the other hand, when we are happy or cheerful about something, muscles expand a bit and it directly shows on our face. Beautiful skin also plays a crucial role in building confidence and attitude which indirectly plays a very important part in our lives.
Be it facing an interview or meeting someone from the virtual world in real life, beautiful skin definitely has a strong impact and it generally helps in getting things done as with beauty comes confidence which wins hearts and favor. It is said that facial skin is the most delicate and soft part of our bodies and some factors like environment, pollution, lack of sleep, ill diet and lack of exercise can cause it to become dim and dull. Heat and light of the sun also affect our skin causing it to become dull and dark. It is said that everything is a game for the fairer sex, but on the other hand, healthy skin can win the hearts and turn heads which makes lives a lot easy. It generally depends on the locality of a person, his/her diet and eating habits, amount of sound sleep and other habits. Just like chlorophyll which is the coloring pigment in green plants, humans do have a pigment which is responsible for the color of the skin. That very pigment is called as melanin. Melanin is the coloring pigment which defines our complexion and this, as a result, defines how we look. The more amount of melanin a person has the darker complexion he/she has. Sometimes uneven pigmentation in our body has a bad effect on lives. White and black patches in the body are the result of uneven pigmentation. That depends on sunlight, heat from the sun, diet, and habits. Everything depends on an individual whether the person would try to improve the complexion and change lives.
Pigmentation can be cured and complexion can be improved as well. But there is a saying everything comes with a price and sacrifice. Healthy skin requires a proper and healthy diet, regular exercise and sound sleep. While we sleep, our body gets repaired. Damaged skin cells are replaced with new cells which take around seven to eight hours normally. Proper and healthy diet is one more factor that is responsible for beautiful skin. Green leafy vegetables, salad, fruits contain antioxidants and juices which help in maintaining and repairing the damaged skin. Light food is easy to digest and easy to absorb which in turn leads to a proper bowel movement. Exercise is another way to remove toxins out of the body. Toxins are responsible for damaging the skin cells which decides the fate of our skin. Prolonged exposure to toxins proves to be fatal of health and our skin. Regular exercise is needed to remove the toxins in form of perspiration. While we perspire, our pores give out sweat, dirty salt and toxins and this is good for the body. Yoga and Asanas are the easiest way to have some exercise, calm the mind and soul, thus boosting your health. Regular use of Yoga not only cleans the body and mind, secreting all the toxins but also helps in proper digestion and absorption of nutrients from the food we eat. Improper digestion shows on our face in the form of pimples and other facial problems. Yoga mainly helps in proper digestion and bowel movement.
Hydrotreatment is nothing but water treatment. Regularly washing face with water and natural cleansing agents like rose water and raw milk removed excess dirt and oil from the face giving it a fairer look. Increasing the intake of water also helps in removing the excess toxins in the form of sweat and urine. The more water goes inside the human body, the more water comes out through sweat and urine which definitely takes out the harmful internal chemicals and toxins. Raw milk which can be used as a cleansing agent has other better effects on our skin. It is a natural cleansing agent as raw milk has alpha hydroxy acid and nutrients which is very much helpful in giving our skin a new glowing look. Scrubbing is another helpful method to remove the dead skin cells and blackheads. Blackheads are dust and dirt particles which get entangled in the skin pores and stick with the natural oil from the skin. Scrubbing helps in removing the blackheads and removing the dead skin cells. Also Gram flour treatment is another helpful method for healthy glowing skin. A mixture of gram flour with a hint of salt is a becomes a nice and healthy natural face pack.
