This fitness programme has been an experience that I go through every day as I do this type of exercise everyday and take a rest day on Saturdays. When I started exercising frequently I felt that I had become more energised, my mental state in dealing with work had improved and my skin cleared up and started to look and feel healthier. This fitness programme has shown me how I can be more organised in tracking my progress while I continue with my exercise.
My interpretations of my current fitness levels are that I am above average in my fitness levels as it takes me a while to get tired from exercising for thirty minutes, of which means that I could go for more than thirty minutes maybe fifty minutes. I do feel as if I can improve my fitness level even more hopefully from doing this program I will be even more organised and consistent.
I feel as if my stress levels didn’t change much as I was under the pressure of exercising and doing all the work and if I missed a session I would feel as if I had failed or had been lazy and id become stressed and irritated. Usually if I were to do this programme more stretched out I would feel less pressure to exercise and work all at the same time. I also think that due to the fact that this programme was for school I felt more stressed to do it perfectly however usually I would not feel the stress at all.
When looking at my social and emotional well-being through this fitness programme I feel as if it didn’t impact me much because I am more of an introvert. Except for the fact that emotionally after exercising you feel more comfortable in your own skin as you feel it looks better and is feels healthier but from exercising for so long before this programme I’ve known the power I felt over myself after exercising and seeing development in my strength and energy and my proportion.
I have succeeded in relation to the goals that I set myself in the beginning of the programme as my goals were to be consistent, to lower my recovery heart rate and to keep a low resting heart rate according to my tracks I have complete each goal
In conclusion I have succeeded in doing this fitness programme as I tracked my progress, I completed all my goals and I generally feel better about myself from doing this fitness programme.
