A surgeon typical job duties are diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses. Operate on patients to correct deformities, repair injuries, prevent and treat diseases, or improve or restore patients' functions. I am interested in this job because my purpose in life is to help others and because it fascinates me.

Becoming a good surgeon is a lifelong process. I think that it would be a good choice for me because of my personality because i got ESTJ. I think that I will be able to help people.

My interest for this job is to help people and learn how Operate on people and learn the human body more intense I would like to become a neurosurgeon and a cardiac surgeon because that’s what I want to do, I think that’s my purpose to help other people. my interests match this job because I have always wanted to be able to help people. I didn’t know how into freshman year and my values are to have as many people as I can, I know that some people won’t be able to be saved but most of them will. I would like to be able to help as much as I can and actually become someone in this world.

Education Requirements for a Career in Surgery

Before surgeons are qualified to operate, they must meet a set of challenging education requirements. These generally include four years of undergraduate study, four years of medical school leading to a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, and three to eight years of surgical residency at a hospital.Doctors must hold a professional medical degree, such as Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, complete a residency, and be licensed by the state. Licensing includes meeting the education and licensing requirements, and passing an examination.

Human Physiology, Biology, Health Science, Chemistry. Students can choose any major as long as they complete pre-medical courses, either as electives or as part of their chosen degree field, but human physiology, health sciences, and human biology are the most common. These programs generally last four years and require a high school diploma to apply.

Patients who believe that their surgeon treats them with respect are more likely to follow their doctor’s advice.
