In terms of time management, I am exploring various time management techniques, such as the Pomodoro Technique and Eisenhower Matrix, to help me prioritize tasks and manage my time more effectively. By incorporating these strategies into my daily routine, I aim to improve my organizational skills and meet deadlines more efficiently.

To address my fear of public speaking, I have enrolled in a public speaking course and joined a speaking club on campus. By actively practicing and seeking feedback from peers and instructors, I hope to build my confidence and improve my public speaking skills over time.
