Pro Life Point of View: Giving Life a Chance 

Why should a life of a helpless disheartened child be deprived by Their own very mothers? Knowingly so the act of abortion makes quite a controversial phenomenon capturing intentions that women have who aren't so sure with themselves on what to do in their situation also including those who are aware of making the despairing choice, of taking a life, of an innocent being who almost had more than a precious chance to undergo this beautiful thing we call life. Evidently From a Pro-Life point of view, abortion never should be a women’s last reliable option for all women of any age. The ongoing debate if it is it's politically or religiously wrong or right had done detrimental pain that helpless babies are now facing, unfortunately since 1973 The United States had deemed it to be a medical procedure that’s legal, certainly states have their restrictions regarding risks around abortion and how it could affect you and your child. Now that it’s legal, it has found that it causes less medical risks compared to illegal procedures, however rates have now grown much higher than anticipated. The Pro Life community understands when you are blessed with a child, cherish it because it’s more than just a gift from God but it is a child with rights, even if you planned or didn’t plan on having an infant, it never has to come down by making the decision of taking your very own baby’s life away. The poor child doesn’t have a fault whatsoever and murdering this way would be just as equally disturbing as it is contrarily. A question we all have now is, why do people do it if they know it’s wrong?

Sadly there's a variety of horrific methods that proceed alongside an abortion, although one common technique is taking illegal drugs that could potentially demolish the pregnancy of a woman, which sounds really horrible to think of. The drugs could hold potential health defects that are dangerous for anyone especially the baby itself. However having the wrong people with the wrong intentions still use it with procedures such as abortion. “RU-486 ( mifepristone ), known as the abortion pill, is considered one of the most controversial medical breakthroughs”(UXL Science) in addition to this quote it is apparent that this pill has a successful rate of 96% whenever used by women.

In some early case history we’ve had its well established by our Supreme Court that our confidentiality, meaning it's a woman's natural right by making a choice to proceed with abortion. It makes clear among all, when a mother is suffering with certain circumstances where she is in pain, or death than this decision should be the physicians call, despite us as women we do obtain our very own freedom on privacy but it doesn’t make it okay and it shouldn’t be the place of the mother to choose if she gets to keep the infant or take its life. “ A woman's right to terminate a pregnancy has its roots in the U.S. Supreme Court's earliest cases establishing a 'zone of ,privacy.' Most notably, Griswold v. Connecticut established the right of married couples to use contraceptives. The Court soon extended this right to unmarried individuals in Eisenstadt v. Baird, and in doing so applied the right of privacy to the individual rather than to the marriage. This laid the groundwork for when, a year after Eisenstadt, the Court squarely confronted abortion in Roe v. Wade” ( Stanford Law Review).

“About half of all pregnancies in the United States are unplanned, resulting in more than 1.5 million abortions a year’ ( The Futurist). This is only one of the many reason of why personally consider pro-life because this now legal procedure has caused the lives of many unborn children. Nonetheless, there’s also religious matter together into the subject.” The Supreme Court's decision to legalize abortion sent shock waves through the Catholic population, which had always been a staunch supporter of the government.”( American Decades). From a standpoint of my views on abortion, reading this quote is outraging since abortion should not just be wrong to those with religious belief but it should be wrong for everyone especially those to who are participating in this procedure.

The murder between a human being and a fetus are not only both completely wrong and inhumane but its committing the same act of which you are taking the life of another being just as you are taking the life of your own child. It's still a person and innocent and has done no harm so why cause it harm? therefore this should be considered as evil behavior. It should never be worth to do this to yourself and your child. The possibilities of abortion ever changing in america are unfortunately very shallow, however raising awareness and educating those who are aren't aware of the horrible consequences that comes along with abortion is a huge start to a new and healthy generation. Ultimately women and teens know abortion is wrong and the harm that it could cause to themselves and not to mention the child. The Pro-Life community will stand for what is right not only in America but also in other parts of the world where there are countries where this happens very frequently. Saving the lives of unborn children is only hard when nobody listens.
