  2. Good communication skills – A secretary mus have good communications skills because it shows the company’s professionalism. This can also helps to understand things it can improve relationships between collegues.
  3. People skills- People skills are most likely to be a positive characteristic which can resolve conflicts.
  4. Efficient time management skills – Being on time whenever attending a meeting or passing up a task so that things will not get messy and unorganized.
  5. Excellent spelling and grammar skills – It is vital to have an amazing spelling and grammar because it is useful for typing a report.
  6. Understanding when the boss is under pressure – It is best to not disturb the boss if the boss is under pressure. Try not to give the boss more problems instead try to solve the problem first.
  7. Able to cope with pressure, deadlines and multitasking-It is an understandable for a secretary to get under pressure but a secretary must know how to handle the pressure in order to relieve the stress of being under pressure.
  8. Initiative-If things ever go slightly wrong than planned, it makes boss’s easy because rather than waiting for an order from the boss the secretary can solve the problem independently.
