The title of the job that I choose is Junior Accountant in the APP Group for brands like Mackage and Soia&Kyo. This job attracted my attention because it is an entry-level job, so at this stage, I can start my career with a possibility to gain experience which is clearly necessary to get a promotion after few years or change the job to work as a Senior Accountant or another position.

For this job, the company did not mention what diploma you have to process, but they ask you to have experience at the similar position at least one year, so you should have the strong knowledge about accounting concepts. The applicant must be able to work autonomously, and be motivated as well. Also, there are required the possession of senses of responsibility and organization, multi-tasking and strong analytical skills as well.

The main duties that Junior Accountant have to do are:· Keep under control the inter-company accounts during the accounting period;· Keep under control the key data into the systems to prepare reports;· Keep under control schedules to post journal entries during the accounting period;· Maintain the company’s subledgers by doing three step process with invoices: validate, process and reconcile;· Prepare monthly cheques disbursements and bank reconciliations;· Be multi-tasking to assist the Finance Department and respond to their needs.

Based on the “Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator” and the “Holland Personality Typology”, I can assume that I am a good match for the accounting job opportunity like Junior Accountant because I am sensing, thinking and judgment type of person, and I am related to conventional group as well. Everything what it was described earlier, in the section 7 and 8, fits perfectly to my personality. I am possessing almost all assets that are required: responsible, goal-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and enthusiast. I am possessing the excellent computer skills, I have good knowledge in Microsoft Office 2016. Also, I have excellent language and communication skills, I can speak fluently four language: French, English, Russian, and Ukrainian; I have more than two years of customer service experience. In addition, I am highly organized; I know how to well manage my time, so I can finish all plans in a right time. To conclude, this job perfectly fits to my personality; but I have lack of knowledge of accounting application like ChainDrive, QuickBooks and Visual that the company want you know how to use them. So, I consider this as one of my liabilities, as well as lack of experience in accounting area. But, by finishing the program, I assume that it would not be a problem anymore.

In conclusion, this Accounting job opportunity is interesting to me because, as I was mentioned earlier, it is an entry-level job which I consider a great opportunity to gain the experience and develop more knowledge in some accounting aspects. However, I would not spend more than 3 years in this job position because I am the kind of person that like to challenge and improve myself, so after I will get enough experience I will change the higher position where my salary would be bigger.
