Our body works depending on what we are consuming sometimes we feel bored, anxious, sad, stressed and our sleep levels go down we think and maybe it could be a disease, even we visit the doctor but we are well, perhaps we never think that our mood revolve around what we are eating, some people think that eat healthy is synonym of having a diet in order to lose weight, on the contrary having a good diet means eating aliments that contains all the nutrients that our body needs. When we get those all nutrients from food, they help us to increase your energy we feel better in addition help us to prevent from disease that are currently harming us, such , cholesterol, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases between others. To have a balanced diet and get all benefit from food, we have to know what are the two groups of sustenance and which aliment belong in each group. Eating healthy is a life style that we should get, to keep our mind and body active and healthy, consuming healthy food increase our energy change our mood and protect us from serious diseases.

The food nourishes our body and helps our organism to function better, but also influences our emotional state, there are many aliments that help improve our state of anxiety, depression and sadness, we obtain food benefits that are directly related with some emotional hormones, that is why they protect us from depression, anxiety that are the diseases that we suffer most today either by work stress or family problems etc. serotonin and endorphins are the neurotransmitters responsible for the states of mind, when we do not have a balanced diet where we consume varied foods, our mood levels go down and it is there, we begin to feel tired, we feel depressed, sad and at night we cannot sleep and there comes a time where we do not want to do our daily obligations and this affects us both in the personal and work environment. Strawberries have a high content of vitamin C, which helps in the production of endorphins and thereby regulates mood, while Pineapple has many vitamins and minerals that stimulate the production of serotonin, thanks to this the person will look with better mood, vitality and tranquility. Its compounds help to calm anxiety, nervous agitation and work as a relaxant to better sleep and fish such as salmon, sardines, mackerel and tuna are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which prevent depression and anxiety (mejor con salud, 2014).

Food contains nutrients that provide energy to our body, when we talk about nutrients we refer to what is necessary for life, which is divided into 2 groups, micronutrients and macronutrients, the first reference to vitamins and minerals, while the macronutrients they are fats, proteins and carbohydrates, all these nutrients work well in our body giving us energy and making our body work better, according to better health (2014). Vitamins and minerals nourish your body and help maintain health while reducing the risk of chronic diseases. Vegetables like avocado, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, lettuce, tomato, cucumber. Like fruits, strawberries, pineapple, banana, pears, and watermelon. Whole grains, rice, wheat, barley, corn, oats. Seafood, low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese are some nutrient-rich foods, which we must include in our daily diet.

In addition to eating healthy foods, we are protecting ourselves from chronic diseases that are currently harming us, cholesterol is one of the diseases that most victims, the treatment to combat this disease, can cost a lot of money and take a long time, the best option is to take care of ourselves in the food, add to our daily diet foods like oats, fish, nuts, cooking with olive oil and include salads in our meals. On the other hand, by eating foods low in fat but high in proteins such as lean meat, milk, yogurt, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, we are preventing diseases such as diabetes, on the other hand to keep our hearts healthy and prevent cardiovascular diseases. Nuts, dark chocolate, legumes, broccoli and strawberries are some foods that will help us prevent them.

Also a healthy diet takes care of the brain in different ways. First, it strengthens the blood vessels, so that oxygen and nutrients that travel through the blood can reach each cell correctly. Second, nourishes brain areas responsible for language, learning, and reasoning, among others. Protects the body from inflation, a process related to many diseases, and, finally, a healthy diet provides those nutrients that promote and participate in the growth of new cells and new neuronal connections (Richly et al., 2014, p. 10).

Our body is eroding energy by doing our daily activities, we all have a routine that we cannot avoid at the end of the day we usually feel chaste but we know that the next day we have to return to our routine, that is why we should feed on the better way, because our body is, what we eat, it needs many nutrients, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates to replenish energy every time we are degassing them, all the nutrients that the body needs, we obtain them from food, consume healthy foods, help us to increase our energy, in our daily diet we must include salads of vegetables, fruits, salmon, legumes, grains such as beans, wheat, corn, rice, and chicken, fish, pork, and goat meat that contain many substances that will give us energy. if we want to feel good and stay healthy in every aspect we must chose for a healthy lifestyle, having a balanced diet does not mean losing weight, means eating the quantities of food that our body needs and especially eating drank to include the nutrients that help us to

balance our diet. Nevertheless Healthy lifestyles are a global strategy, which is part of a modern health trend, basically framed within the prevention of diseases and health promotion, perhaps the key moment or the beginning of this trend was in 2004 and was generated by a declaration by the world health organization, to improve risk factors such as unhealthy eating and sedentary lifestyle, therefore lifestyles are determined by the presence of risk factors and / or of protective factors for well-being, for which reason they should be seen as a dynamic process that does not it only consists of individual actions or behaviors, but also of actions of a social nature. Lifestyles have been considered as determinants and conditioning factors of the state of health of an individual (ministerio de salud Gibierno del Sakvador, 2016).
