'Why Violent Video Games Shouldn't Be Banned'?

Lack of Advancement Opportunities

Employers can ease this by providing social additions, unique responsibilities, and leadership points to long-standing employees. Employers should also offer education and training opportunities, consider these services investments and attractants to keep employees durable.

Work Overload

This makes sense considering demand in healthcare. The future healthcare sector will place more stress on technicians and physician assistants over doctors. Physician assistants will likely also take more responsibilities from physicians, while still remaining under their direction.

Poor Salary

From doctors to allied health professionals, the normal healthcare employee earns $24.66 an hour and works 33 hours a week. This average has gradually increased since 2006, when the average healthcare worker made $4 less, many health professionals don’t earn enough compared to the work they devoted.

Too Few Staff

Employers might say they have little control of the obtainability of allied healthcare people, but frequently just investing a little more money into employing more part-time help -- and setting a little less into the CEO's pocket -- could improve worker satisfaction. More satisfied workers means less income and fewer resources invested in finding and adapting new hands.

  • Poor Organizational Culture
  • Lack Of Mentoring

Training and Implementing regular volunteer programs that convert to real certifications, academic, and financial benefits would solve many problems.

  • Poor personal fit with employers
  • Limited or not enough access to technology
  • Lack of training
  • Not enough time with patients

Describe is the evolution of the healthcare services for the last three decades

The main features that the early decades had were,

  • patients depend on on autonomous physicians to act as their agents
  • patients received complex care from independent, non-profit hospitals
  • Insurers did not intervene in medical decision making and reimbursed physicians, hospitals, and other workers on a fee-for-service basis.

With time there were few other changes that were requested and then the healthcare move on to them. These new approaches were taken according to the new challenges they faced while delivering health care.

Enhancing health through preventive care

Dropping overutilization and unnecessary operation of expensive services

Standardizing and monitoring the widely varying quality of care presented by traditional fee-for-service providers

Managed care grew rapidly after sometime mainly in twenties. It was initiated when physicians decided to deliver prepaid medical care to camps, communal orders, unions and other associations of workforces. These groups previously also provided members with social profits such as life insurance, so paying for health care was a natural addition for them. Prepaid group practice also traces its starts to the early twentieth century when industrial medicine and health care began to be provided for a prepaid monthly payment.

Now in the modern world health care is more into preventive care more than curing because it helps in different ways not just to the patients but also for the hospitals and health care workers.

Describe the future technological development where machines and soft wear could ease the challengers faced by healthcare professionals

There are two main types of much new advancement and they are active and passive.

Physiological Monitoring

Active home tele-monitoring devices can detect vital signs, weight, or symptoms and report them to a distant provider. Passive tele-monitoring technologies contain bed sensors that capture restlessness, sleep interruptions, or pulse and respiration through sleep.

Monitoring of Patient Function and Detection of Emergencies

Active technologies include devices that can detect falls and that people can costume. They also contain personal emergency response systems that a person can also wear and that let the person to press a button to call help when he or she drops. Passive systems may be embedded in the mat and can detect falls or near falls.

Safety

Alarm systems can actively detect fires or floods while passive systems can use motion and heat sensors. Those can remind the person of a danger that can happen because of their carelessness.

Security

Camera systems let the remote monitoring of domestic spaces and visitors. Passive systems use sensors to detect the level of activity and whether unfamiliar forms of activity are happening.

Social Interactions

Social contacts can be complete by the active use of social networks, and software can evaluate self-perceived social connectedness. Passive sensor-based systems track the number of visitors, the time spent inside and outside the home, and inactive activities.

Cognitive and Sensory Activity

Active technologies can create alerts and reminders, support with the location of lost objects, or distribute medications. Passive automatic features control in the background and generate warnings, alerts, and reminders or turn on lights.

Write noted on:

Personalized medicine

Personalized medicine is the modifying of medical treatment to the specific appearances of each patient. The approach depends on scientific inventions in our understanding of how a person’s single molecular and genetic profile makes them vulnerable to different diseases. This also can be helped to identify what drug or procedure is safe for the patient as well as what won’t give them the side effects.

Genetic profiling

This technology, which has also called as DNA profiling, can be used to identify people and differentiate them from others. Present DNA profiling, called STR analysis, is a very sensitive technique which only requests a few skin cells, a hair root or a tiny volume of blood or saliva. DNA profiling is specifically useful for unravelling crimes but can also be used to authorize if people are related to each other, such as for parenthood testing.

Bio markers

Molecules that specify normal or abnormal process taking place in the body and may be a signal of a primary disease. Several types of molecules, such as DNA (genes), proteins or hormones, can function as biomarkers, since they all specify something about the health. Biomarkers may be formed by the cancer tissue itself or by other cells in the body in response to cancer. They can be seen in the blood, stool, urine, tumour tissue, or other tissues or bodily fluids. Remarkably, biomarkers are not restricted to cancer. There are biomarkers for heart disease, multiple sclerosis, and many other diseases.

Virtual healthcare

The “Virtual Visits” that take place between patients and clinicians via communication technology. The video and audio connectivity allows “Virtual” meetings to occur in real time, from virtually any location. It could mean that a patient can contact with an offsite medical specialist via a high-definition conference halls at his or her local clinic, instead of going to another town. It can also give patients the chance to more voluntarily find experienced second opinions online.
