Secondary groups are known to be sociable interactive communities that are considerably more complex than primary organizations. These groups differ in structure according to the categories of primary groups, and social communication in secondary organizations develops fragile, impulsive ties. This can overlap with a phase and reduce the duration needed to connect precise dimensions of motion, as most people in a group continue to have casual contact with one another. According to Max Weber, he acknowledged two forms of organization compared to other categories of crowds and social gatherings that accept the simple presence of a community that is stratified. Some social groups are more outgoing and interactive, cooperating to complete activities in various seminars, while others are reserved and quiet. Furthermore, Weber explains how bureaucracies are a better kind of secondary source because, in larger bureaucracies, it becomes complicated for leaders to correspond with each other (Brym, 2019). Larger bureaucracies also evolve simple competition and relations indicating a plan (Brym, 2019, p. 87). In my opinion, independent class group projects are beneficial in a secondary environment because I prefer to work at my own pace rather than enlighten my group members, allowing me to understand the task independently. Students often have more success working on their own objectives rather than in groups.
First, independent class group projects are beneficial in a secondary environment because I prefer to work at my own pace rather than enlighten my group members. In my experience, I can describe the secondary group as individuals who are more likely to be independent rather than dependent on each other. Secondary groups are as important as primary groups because even though we may not acquire dependency on one another, we can still achieve our ambitions and effectively organize fragments to shape the bigger picture. This independence fosters personal growth and self-reliance, which are crucial in today's fast-paced world.
In my personal view, I’ve always worked at my own pace rather than with the group members I am assigned to for a project. Instead, it makes me feel comfortable having my own space to focus on the assignment. It is disturbing, in my opinion, to work with others because a group can provoke hesitation in obtaining various assumptions and perspectives, making it challenging to find a common passion that resonates with everyone. An example of a stereotype in my situation of a class group project would be similar to an independent class group project where you have the skill to be creative and build the project in your own way without anyone making a judgment call on your task as right or wrong. This freedom allows for a more genuine expression of creativity, which can lead to innovative solutions.
Most people I've worked with had a particular mindset of how they needed things to go their way, instead of valuing my point of view. Thus, independent class group projects are beneficial to the secondary environment since I prefer to work at my own pace rather than enlighten my group members.
Second, independent class group projects are beneficial to a secondary environment because I have the ability to understand the task on my own. An independent class group research activity is an excellent norm that we can apply to stay focused on a task, expand our knowledge and principles, or brainstorm our thoughts towards the concepts learned in class. I have an appropriate imagination to use in certain situations, which makes it effective to target the assignment from a moral perspective.
It is very important to take responsibility to comprehend the content on your own within a social structure as an individual capable of distinguishing a creative pathway to excel to a different level. This helps me build up my determination while performing a spectacular learning orientation to prosper my own structural theories. Students are evaluated on their original assignments and learning, which as a result, defines how well they observe in class, and they are critiqued on the specific tasks given. This self-driven approach encourages students to take ownership of their learning process, which is invaluable in real-world scenarios.
Some students tend to neglect their efforts in achieving their goals due to peer pressure or family friends causing them to feel doubtful about the faculty's ability to open exceptional career opportunities for undergraduates. Therefore, independent class group projects are beneficial to secondary environments since I have the ability to understand the task on my own.
Lastly, independent class group projects are beneficial to a secondary environment because students have more success working on their own objectives rather than in groups since their minds are focused on their task, and they are more likely to finish the task quicker. As children, we develop an understanding of a global perspective in our classrooms or lecture halls as we strive to do better in our studies, reaching a self-consciousness to gain a wide experience of the real world. In modern societies, we see globalization in diverse circumstances against socially impaired features of low civilizations. However, students in different global aspects tend to work independently, preferably than others in a secondary group, which may motivate their emotions to feel low self-esteem or lack of commitment in working together in a group. This independence not only builds confidence but also prepares students for the challenges of the global workforce.
Thus, independent class group projects are beneficial to a secondary environment due to students having more success working on their own objectives rather than in groups.
