Every individual needs negotiating skill to achieve better results. Cost savings, better management, publicity of a product or idea can help with better negotiation in place. Companies or business make profits if a win-win situation is created with good negotiation tactics and also have long-lasting relationships in the market. No matter the external/internal environment is like the power of negotiation determines the capability of the communication with the other party. (Gal, Stewart, & Hanne, 2013). Furthermore, organizations structures groups to make decisions for the benefit of the company and every decision that is made is outcome of several brain-storming sessions. What matters are the advisory measures taken to avoid prospective fallouts? This would facilitate the smooth implementation of such a policy without much resistance.

At Campbellsville University there are numerous committees, people, external resources who looks after the campus work structure and any small decision that is taken can adverse hundreds of individuals/students etc., To be a part of committee and help/analyze the 3rd party we need to anticipate the possible ways of making a common agreement.Before making any further assumptions or points all the team members should come to harmonize situation as this avoid conflicts between the parties. The essential target here is to keep up great acquaintances among the gatherings (Kelman, 1996). I would bring out the positive/significance aspects out of the discussion first.

Generating clarity among the individual is a must and then explain the pros & cons of the policy that needs to be implemented in the university and how that could change the fame of the college and create a good impression. As having a good dress code policy is a must in any business/school/work place as this brings out the values and decency in the people and other external resources.Implementation of dress code policy makes consistency among the people, additionally a way to counteract separation in light of the style/mould proclamation of every person. Having a dress code for staff & personnel could change the employee recognition (Rafaeli, Dutton, Harquail, and Mackie-Lewis, 1997). The 3rd party could be convinced that the dressing sense/ manners among the staff & personnel could set a few cases to the understudies with reference to how their future bosses may anticipate that them will be dressed as they would be a piece of the corporate world sooner rather than later. Dress code teaches comprehensible skill.


I shall throw a light to the 3rd party with good negotiation skills and clarify them that it is a privilege of an individual to be dressed up appropriately at right from the college as this makes them a habit to dress up appropriately in their future endeavours. It could be an office, for attending an interview, for college external participation and attending personal parties. Other examples could be avoiding caste, creed and other religious practices. Staff does not require any stress and all that they are dressed up formally in the event if they have a dress code set up. The dress code strategy deals with it.
