Having a healthy body and ideal body weight is everyone’s dream. Sports is one way to make it happen. There are various types of sports that can be chosen. There are many sports can be used to maintain a healthy body. For the body and health, exercise has a positive impact. You can do sports at home, in the park / field or to the gym center. Choosing the right place and sports activities will make you excited when doing it. Gym sports is a sport that is popular with many people, especially in urban areas, because it has complete equipment that supports our workout and complete facilities (bathrooms, lockers, changing rooms, etc. )However, most women feel uncomfortable, unsure, and a little afraid to try fitness. This is because of the myths that said that a fitness woman will have a big body, and is dangerous for women’s joints. In reality, the fitness program is very helpful for your physical fitness and your health. Especially for women who also do jogging and yoga, fitness training program is very helpful in achieving maximum results. 

Fitness has many benefits and women should do it. What are the benefits? First, by doing fitness we can maintain heart health. Gym workouts can lower your blood pressure to be stable, increase the hormone insulin, relieve pressure on your heart, improve the function of the heart muscle and control your blood flow so it doesn’t freeze. A study shows that those who rarely do weight training tend to have high sugar levels, hypertension, large waist size, and are risk for cardiovascular disease (heart and stroke). Even though your heart rate increases during weight training, your blood pressure will decrease significantly after weight training. 

Next, gym workouts can improve bone health. Bone damage is a type of disease that can be reduced at risk by diligently doing gym workouts. Gym workout has good quality, especially in terms of helping the body’s bones become easier to move. Women are at higher risk of osteoporosis than men. This is because, in old age and menopause, a woman’s body no longer produces estrogen. Researchers at McMaster University Canada found that regular physical exercise will increase muscle mass in the spine by 9%. This shows how important it is to do fitness for women at a young age to prevent premature aging. 

Doing gym exercises is also very good to maintan our breathing. The more often you exercise, the more your lungs are trained to regulate breathing. That is why for those of you who often experience problems with breathing it is advisable to try to maintain smooth breathing by doing gym workouts. You can immediately feel the benefits when you are doing other activities. You become stronger and your breath is regular and runs smoothly. Therefore, make sure you always maintain your respiratory health. 

Generally woman use fitness to try to reduce weight and shape the body, so for those of you who have the desire to lose weight by eliminating fats in the body, start going to the gym to do workout. In addition, the most desirable thing for women is to have a beautiful and ideal body shape. When you build muscle through fitness or weight training, the fat in your body will decrease while the muscles of your body will be more formed. This is what makes your appearance better. Doing regular exercise will balance the levels of fat and muscle in the body, and reward you with ideal body curves. Generally people use fitness to try to reduce weight, so for those of you who have the desire to lose weight by eliminating fats in the body, start going to the gym to do workout.

In conclusion, doing gym exercises has many benefits for us. Besides forming the body to be more beautiful, doing workout in the gym can also maintain the health of our body. We as women must start a healthy life by exercising, one of them is by doing fitness because fitness is not an extreme type of exercise. So, do gym workouts as a way to increase your stamina and make you much stronger to against various diseases.
