Networking is the currency of the success of our generation. Building long-lasting relationships for personal growth as well as professional development comes naturally for extroverts like myself. One of the major contributions that helped me shape networking and management skills took place during 2011-2013 when I made an effort to combine my passion as a radio host and my medical background to increase awareness of the health and nutrition.

The following year, CEO of the radio recruited me as an Assistance coordinator at R. E. D (Rights of Empowerment and Development) foundation in Yemen I was responsible for the organization of fundraising campaigns in various NGOs in order to launch development programs for children and woman all across Sanaa, predominantly the education for aspiring young girls. Despite the major obstacles we faced due to the instability of the country we managed to raise enough funds and develop networks with cooperation embassies and business owners. Since the beginning, 2017 I’ve attended various conferences which have allowed me to increase knowledge and update to modern medicine. As the youngest delegate at Sidras’ 2nd annual woman’s health conference in Infertility and reproductive health held in Qatar. I met with international delegations and professional faculty from all over the world, although I was intimidated by their brilliance I overcame my unease and got to know one of the most amazing personals.
As a result, I developed a great network with various world-class consultants and researchers forming a discussion panel which is an effective platform for rapidly disseminating ideas and information regarding infertility and ways of improving infertility and Reproduction in Sudan. In addition Currently, I’m a Medical officer at Federal Police Hospital, faculty of reconstructive surgery. I Work with one of Khartoum’s top plastic surgery specialist Dr. Waleed Alamine. Through him, I was able to learn various techniques on the reconstruction of traumatic and genetic defects. Having the privilege of being his protégé I’ve come to collaborate with fellow consultants of various specialty and developed long-lasting relations. That has inspired me to seek a Masters Degree in global health to somewhat make more of a dramatic change in the improvement of community health rather than individual health. In addition, in 2017-2018 I worked with the ‘SCC- Star Charity Cupboard ‘. There I was an integral part of a national volunteer team responsible for the distribution of basic to underprivileged community during the month of Ramadan.
