It includes managing and organizing resources and individuals in such a path and on time projects are required to be overseen efficiently for precision, on time delivery, within set budget and according to project specifications. Accordingly, there are requirements for management, administration and IT so this is where I find personal interest in the subject following my present qualification and I trust I would make an exceptionally fruitful project manager.

As for my academic strength, I have completed my BSc in IT & MBA. This study requires subtle accuracy and challenging traits of character to reach solutions. Studying at master level for course like project management that offers a range of abilities would improve my present academic level with advanced and more up to date information, skills and professional discourses. From the study I will figure out to solve complex issues and make choices using appropriate techniques, and to provide realistic contexts and situations in relation to project management in which to apply and modify concepts and principles to solve issues. I will be equipped to critically evaluate information and develop my sense of inquiry, analysis and application of data, understand a wide range of specific management practices and techniques, together with their application to the management of projects.

Additionally, this Master of project management will equip me with a mix of analytical and problem solving business related skills with a very strong emphasis on relevant global difficulties and issues. I will not only gain new perspectives and ways of addressing projects , I will also develop other important soft skills which will enhance my value to employers – for example, presentation and report writing skills, negotiation skills, team work and leadership skills in research design and analysis, capacity to keep up tight work routine and meet dead line. These are key transferrable skills within the field of project management. These run as an inseparable unit with the standards, strategies, theories and ideas which I will pick up over the span of study.

By the end of the course, I will have the capacity to design my project successfully, evaluating time factors precisely and handling the work of various projects efficiently. I will perceive the distinctive stake holders engaged in the projects and have the capacity to devise systems for each of them. I will have helpful tools for risk analysis which I can apply to an extensive variety of circumstances and I will have the capacity to cost the different components of my project precisely and monitor my project budget.
