Corporate social responsibility (CSR) involves a company behaving in an ethical and socially Responsible manner. First of all, the responsibility manner is not just a simple meeting of legal requirements but going further and examine the social and ethical implications of corporate conduct. As more corporations begin to implement policies to meet their social responsibilities, they remain rightfully concerned with the best use of the assets that they possess. These assets include inventory, accounts, investments, buildings, and equipment, to name a few. Not only invest assets but also to help the sociality have a better environment. Ethical issues related to globalization, human rights, unfair labor practices, and labor exchanges pose more complex challenges to the business sustainability agenda.

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the economic and social impact of a company's involvement in human trafficking on businesses and communities. The CSR will have a positive effect on the financial of business and social impact on society. First of all, the corporate social responsibility of business will have a positive impact on human trafficking. Some of the companies may be trafficking the labor illegally, to gain the money. For example, in Australia, a couple sold a Filipino woman to Australian, worked in a takeaway food store, and worked as a domestic helper. The woman works daily in a family takeaway food store and home in Queensland's country town, working 18 hours a day. After work, she returned home, cleaned, looked after the couple's three children, and took on other household chores. Her income is low, and she is further abuse. Eventually, she escaped, leading to police investigations, accusations and enslavements convicted.

People using human trafficking to gain money without cost. However, it is unethical. Lack of governance is not only detrimental to CSR but is one of the main factors associated with financial distress and bankruptcy of companies around the globe. In addition, the company's fight against human trafficking, they can gain a good reputation, increase their influence, and attract more outstanding employees, because of employees always like a responsible company. Not only gain outstanding employees, but also the consumer will believe this company. Millions of business transactions need to be trusted every day. If she doesn't trust the employer, no one will trade. If you don't believe that the online company will guarantee your financial information (such as credit card information security), no one will shop on the Internet, no one wants to buy product from a business which employee may come by human trafficking. Corporate social responsibility can make people's crimes of trafficking in persons without human trafficking generally attributed to a general lack of awareness, which means that criminals involved in human smuggling are rarely arrested. Forced labor has become the second-largest source of fastest-growing crime and illegal income in the world because of the low risk of human trafficking and the widespread need for cheap labor worldwide.

In recent years, the United States and the United Kingdom have adopted or revised the following four laws aimed at raising civic awareness, promoting action and strengthening global efforts to combat human trafficking. At the same time, many other countries have followed the footsteps of the United States and are fighting against human trafficking legislation like Australia. “Companies must publish every year the measures taken during the fiscal year to ensure that no links or human trafficking take place in any part of the supply chain or in any part of the business.” The impact, while improving social responsibility, can enable more people to understand human trafficking and thus improve the social environment. Human trafficking is one of the biggest social problems in the world. Human trafficking is the exploitation of people’s property, such as forced labour, sexual exploitation and forced labor, and government agency transactions. In addition, human trafficking is always linked to the other two, the drug trade and the arms trade.
