My DiSC Assessment has higher S and C with low D and I which means that I have higher steadiness. According to my assessment it tells me that I have higher steadiness and have high patience level and which describe about me that I am undemanding and often show sympathy for persons around them and talk with them softly.
My DiSC assessment with higher level of S is very much accurate for me. According to my Assessment sometime I got restrained in expressing my emotions and I speak less until its necessary or asked for input in an organizational meeting. Sometimes i don’t like to participate in decision making process, the reason is that I keep my date gate open for too long and think about basics small things for too long rather then working on main project. This precision in information gathering hinder my growth in decision making and that’s true for my assessment cause, I strongly believe that I am that type of person.
When talking about working in team S type person are supportive and show positive team environment because they have ability to look for a simple and practical what to achieve goals. They have ability to do multiple task at a time although they work with slow and steady pace to complete their goal cause their main focus is to do things correctly. While working in team they deal with their teammates with loyalty, patience, and calmly. They tend to pacemaker cause their core strength is their steadiness in doing work.
One of the main features to working in team is to be a good listener and the S type person are best in that because they listen to all their teammates if they are working in group. A good leader is the one who listen to all their teammates so S type person can work as a leader to but their only weakness as a leader is that some time they get troubled while making decision in short time.
I feel hard to work with people that are impatient and use strong tone because I am very soft tone person and want everyone to speak with me In that tone and I avoid to participate in argumentized meeting.
