Healthy active living is very important. The meaning of healthy active living is when you have a good daily exercise (in any or form), good sleep/rest, good nutrition, eating healthy, having good habits and more. The main question is “How to live a healthy lifestyle” that I am going to write about in the essay, here I want to show and analyse four possible ways of living healthy lifestyle. A healthy life is all about eating healthy diet and to be physically fit. If we should live a healthy life we must eat good food like vegetable, fruits and many healthier foods. Being healthy is all about living a happy life. If a person eats healthy food, he or she must be living a happy life but if they are not eating healthy food they are suffering from such diseases which are very harmful to your body.
We all know that if we eat healthy food we are fit and smart so we should eat healthy food here are some example of healthy food. We should drink juice of fruits and vegetable like juice of orange and juice of carrot and many other juices. While we are eating we must check the expiry date and food calories so how we that if thus food is healthy or not some people doesn’t check anything because they are in hurry to eat delicious food they don’t know that the food is expire and they will get ill by eating that food so we should be take care of these little things. The most important thing is this that we should take proper sleep. Wakes up early in the morning take proper breakfast and in the night we should eat dinner before 1 hour after going to bed at 10pm to 11pm. And one more thing is important and that is drink plenty of water daily at least 8 to 12 glass it is very helpful for our health and many other things.
So here we are talking about some physically fitness that is we should exercise on daily basis because work out is really very important. We should take admission in gym or we may exercise in our homes it’s not that hard. If we take interest in anything we can make everything possible. Some people think that doing exercise is to hard that we are tired of doing exercise but if we are not going gym at least we must do exercise in our home it helps us to get fit, smart and healthy a person should know this that in our daily life exercise is very important thing to do. It helps us to get more and more active no stress or anything else we are fit and happy in our lives. If a person is serious about their health or fitness he or she must do exercise add this thing in our daily routine.
It’s important that we should avoid unhealthy or unnecessary habits/things or food. If a person eats these type of food so, he or she should face many problems. We should avoid unhealthy habits like eating not in time doing exercise on unnecessary time and taking nap all the time etc. People should stop eating junk food it harms their health we should strictly avoid these type of food like snacks, burger, pizza and many others. Nowadays most of the children eat these kind of food and it really harms their health. They are hungry but not for the home made food but for the snack and junk food always ready to it these kind of food. Parents should stop their child but they are not stopping even they order food for them they don’t know that how dangerous these are. It’s the most important thing to do is stop each and every person to do unnecessary thing and eat junk food and on more thing is that don’t drink soft drinks and energy drinks they are also very harmful for our body and health.
So here I’m going to tell you about good hygiene for us. We should take shower on daily basis it helps us to clean our body remove germs from our body. If we do something like we are sweating so this is very important to shower it helps us to remove dirtiness. While we are taking shower we should clean our feet scrub between your toes and fingers. We should clean our teeth daily before going to sleep and when we wakeup. If we are not able to brush our teeth than it smells really bad when we talk or breath in front of anyone. Most important thing is this that we should wear clean clothes. Most of the people sweat while working or doing anything so they should shower daily and wear different clothes and wash their old clothes. And the last thing is this that we should wash our hand before and after eating food because if we can’t do this it really causes harm to our health.
So, to end up writing about maintaining a healthy lifestyle essay I would like to tell you that if you add these little things in your life so you will never face any difficulty in your life. After going through these simple and easy ways of having a healthy lifestyle you must have learn something from it and bring it to your lifestyle a happy and healthy life. There are many things to improve your lifestyle but these are some main and easy ways. We should improve our diet and exercise daily these are the easiest way to live a healthy lifestyle, this is up to you to make a change and improvement in your life.
