My Intent to Get a Study Abroad Scholarship of Global Ugrad

For as long as I could remember, I have wanted to be a participant in the Global UGRAD Program which enables students to study abroad. I have been curious about studying abroad, especially in the USA ever since my English teacher told me about that the friends of him who knew English very well studied in foreign countries, and they were so active that everyone could notice at any social activities. So at college, I participated regularly in an English conversation club and an English grammar course as well as trying to be as active as I could in social activities including competitions, debates and contests. To reach my goals, I realize that I must participate in the Global UGRAD Program which will give me a good opportunity. I am very excited about this chance and feel that with the opportunity your program will provide I can turn my dream to reality and I can be a good example to the young generation in my land by participating in the Global UGRAD Program successfully.

If I tell you my interest in studying abroad more in detail, it has been encouraged by my family and friends besides my English teacher. They always inspire me to learn English language more fluently and to try to be active in contests and performances in order to be able to study or travel in foreign countries. I was a participant of English subject contest and Math subject contest as well when I was at school. Then I was awarded as the winner of the Math subject contest among forty-two schools in Dangara. Besides that I took part in “Kelajak Ovozi” in my college years and when I was a freshman to my current educational institution, Kokand State Pedagogical Institute I won the regional contest of “Yurt Kelajagi” on programming websites in HTML. So I was awarded with a certificate in “Respublika talaba-yoshlar festivali - 2015”. I have never had the opportunity to take part in the Global UGRAD Program that can provide study and travel in the USA, but I always wanted to have. With the help of my English teacher, I was able to be a member of the English conversation club on our college campus that was organized to help college students to improve their skills in English. As well as many of the other students on campus I developed an interest in this language and now I am the student of the faculty of foreign languages, in English department. My family also has an interest in the language I am learning. In addition, I also like making new friends, having fun with them and the USA is the country that I always wanted to be in. I find that I enjoy being in a foreign country and making new friends and especially learning to speak English more fluently best. Unfortunately, my family cannot afford to pay for my study and travel, so I hope to use my skills and knowledge to help me participate in the Global UGRAD Program.

The Global UGRAD Program stands for what I want to have. With the Global UGRAD Program, I hope to have a good experience for the rest of my life. To reach my goals, I need as much help as possible. I already have the moral support of my family and friends, but that is not quite enough to make my dream come true. I hope that the Global UGRAD Program can help me reach this dream by awarding me your scholarship and I am sure I have enough ability and courage to be a great participant in the Global UGRAD Program.
