I was curious to know about this topic to get more information about the aged brain and due to this I got lot of knowledge about it and learn exercises to make our mind healthy.

According to me I think brain aging will be a helpful topic to learn for me to have a help from it in future. As we all know this is a natural process and it is obvious that one day everyone will get old and so is their brain. So for me this topic will help me to learn what measures should be taken to keep our brain healthy as a day would come that our parents will get old and if I have a knowledge for brain aging it will help me to deal with them more carefully, helpfully and lovingly.

One day we the youngsters will also get old and our brain will also get start aged so having knowledge of this will help us to take timely precautions and measure for better future.
