According to the American Heart Association, people should aim for at least 90 to 150 minutes of aerobic and/or dynamic resistance exercises per week. Even though exercising daily could be hard, its impact on individuals’ psychological, physical and social wellbeing is excellent and could incite a more happy and joyful life.
Exercising is an excellent form of tension treatment. It calms strain and stress by focusing on the beat of your breathing, or the breeze on your skin. That way you are truly concentrating on your body and how it feels. Another social effect is that exercising makes you more confident of yourself and with that, your insecurities would be less, and that would mean a more socially active you.
