The Human Rights in The Modern World

Human rights campaign is known as the almost every member of the LGBT. The human rights campaign is the largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisesexual, transgender and queer Americans. The human rights campaign represents a force of more than 3 million members and supporters nationwide all committed to making HRC’s vision a reality. The logo is one of the most recognizable symbols of the the rights they are fighting for.

The Fund’s mission was to provide financial support behalf on the gay and lesbian community to political candidates who supported gay civil rights legislation. In 1995 the organization dropped funds from its name and expanded its reach far beyond political lobbying work. After the first election cycle in the 1982 the fund was the 17th largest independent political action in the united states. Programs such as workplace project and the family project became part of the newly created educational arm the human rights campaign foundation.

The human rights campaign was founded by steve endean who worked with gay rights national lobby from and the human rights campaign fund political action committee. In 1980 the human rights eventually merged as them both having the same goal for everyone to be treated equal. In 1986 the HRC was from as a non-profit organization. The human rights campaign purpose was to promote public education and welfare for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community this organization works on health issues traditionally focused on responding to the HIV as well as AIDS.

The human rights campaign was led by a unique and diverse group of courageous hard working and very talented people the workers, boards and advisory councils had different roles but worked toward the same mission as the HRC and every person that was with human rights campaign brings with them a commitment to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive environment. The staff of the HRC had got together 150 of the most passionate people in the country who are working everyday for equality rights americans. Not too long ago a few members from the human rights and very brave stood up in court sharing their stories of they struggle and love with the nation. There were 50 people in the courtroom telling how bad it means to them a few months later ruled that in favor of marriage equality in those states over the past few years on june 26 2015.

The human rights campaign is important because there are people in this world that are deeply in love with a person that are the same as them so the reason I have choose this nonprofit is that I don’t like how people are getting treated different just because there are lesbian, gay, bisexal or tensgender. What we can do to help as building 21 students is not judge any one for who their are or want to be let everyone be treated equal as students at this school. The human rights campaign was for the human rights campaign and the human rights campaign foundation together serve as america largest civil rights organization to work for equality rights.
