This notion should occur in a conducive environment for profound body formation and maintenance (Polikandrioti, & Dokoutsidou, 2009). In the immediate context a long duration exercise, low-intensity programs are accentuated to be the most appropriate for the diabetic patients. This behavioral practice is because, it tends to keep the blood flow up to date and also gives the body and intense perspiration over a long period. We should also be keen to note that proper diet if observed is crucial in maintaining the blood sugar levels. The control of blood sugar level creates a platform for control of overload of insulin in the body (Polikandrioti, & Dokoutsidou, 2009). Proper dietary stance with a high level of physical activity and the sedentary behaviors calms down the incidences of diabetes.

In health nutrition, proper food diet is quite essential in the control of the level of diabetes. You will find that the diabetic patients who get involved in the good food where they avoid the foods with high sugar levels are deemed to have less strain on the diabetic symptoms. It is required that a diabetic patient embraces eating foods that are having a high level of ingredients that stimulates the efficient working of both the liver and the pancreas (Alters, & Schiff, 2013). Low sugar level should be observed. Research has shown that most of the diabetic patients who follow diet always have less severity on the effects of the condition. Additionally persistence in physical exercise has produced good results in making sure that these diabetic patient becomes stable in their state of mind. With consistency inappropriate physical exercise, it is a fact that the patients are deemed to survive the diabetic condition (Langley-Evans, 2015).

Obesity and overweight are closely interrelated with high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma arthritis, among others. One imperative thing to note is that obesity comes as a result of the unprecedented imbalance between the energy we rake form food and how we substantially dispense the energy brought in by food. looking at this scenario in the indirect point, you will notice that the secondary cause of these high health risk status is the economic, cultural and even the social aspects of life that have greater influence of eating pattern (Berger, & Peerson, 2009). It is due to these incidences that we see prevalence of obesity and overweight cases coupled with other diseases very high among individuals. The women who gets indulged in high level physical activities at earlier stages and the late stages of their gestation period are deemed to have the required level of glucose in them. The author is keen to inculcate the advent of showing the effect of a particular physical exercise in every week of the baby’s development in the womb. Glucose is one important factor that gives the body energy. Glucose control in the body will keep the body quite active all the time.

It is accentuated that gestational diabetes retards the growth and development of the brain of the child. It goes ahead to inculcate the transcending effects that these prompts have on the whole development of the child. A warning is given by this article on the need for pregnant women to continue doing the routinely exercise to help them reduce the chances of getting gestational diabetes. I tend to agree with the most scholars on the best choice of prevention of gestational diabetes which is through physical exercise. In this therapeutic treatment, the body is put under various levels of strain. The strain gives the body an opportunity to act in a controlled way that would trigger high usage of glucose in the body. This notion will help tune down the levels of glucose to the acceptable levels. The burning of fats is also very essential in the development of the whole body structure. The articles is keen to blend the burning of the fats, the reduction of the glucose and the development of various parts of the body of the newborn. As the exercise goes on, there is need for variety of organs to function well. The blood that will be efficiently pumped will bring on board the advents of the food reaching the various parts of the body in the most appropriate way possible. The reaching of the nutrients will cause the body to have more energy which will sufficient for the development of the body and that of the newborn.

The body system works in a well corded manner. There are various components of the body that must function properly in order to keep the whole body fit. The insulin is responsible for the control of the blood sugar level. The liver is responsible for the detoxification of various toxins found in the blood. In the event that the liver do not function properly, it would lead to a variety of complication since the insulin production will be impeded by the toxins from the blood. The intoxicated blood will also find its way to the unborn child. This will cause unprecedented damages to the various parts of the body of the unborn child. The main importance of the physical exercise is that it makes the blood to flow very efficiently. The efficient flow will enrich the liver with the nutrients it needs to function well. The functionality will be based on the variety of food supplements and the level of oxygen plus the water that would be served to the liver. Another most important thing that must be put to light is the functionality of the hormones. The hormones are responsible for the coordination and clear transfer of various components of the liver. The liver communicate through the use of hormones. The flow of blood will ensure the efficient transmission of various type of hormones to their areas of destination. It is therefore very essential to bring on board the significance of physical exercise in making every organ of the body function properly. The most effective way to highlight the problems that affects various pregnant women is the level of activity they accentuate to themselves.

A diet made up mainly sugar, fat, high calories and salt increases the chances of diabetes among pregnant women. Over the years there has been an increase in the consumption of junk food in the United States. Many companies dealing in processed food are making huge profits selling fast food in schools, streets and everywhere. It is responsible for increasing cases of obesity in the US. Many researches have given insights of on obesity is related to the diabetes and how these conditions affects the child development. There has been legislation to limit the sale of refined food especially in schools. The state of Pennsylvania has passed that law to regulate the sale in schools. The state of New York also legislated to put tag on foodstuff to explain their level of calories in restaurants and food shops. Producers of fast foods have also considered reducing the amount of sugar and fat in their products. There was no consensus because it could harm their business and profit levels. Lack of adequate exercise also encourages diabetes. Vigorous physical activity burns up excess calories in the body. It also fosters blood circulation. Strong bones also form due to exercise. In spite of the benefits, rarely do America citizens exercise enough. Dependence on cars for transport and programmed industries has reduced the amount of physical work that is so essential for a healthy lifestyle. There is also a general shift of recreation from sports to video games and Television programs

One of the pertinent reasons why the diabetes prevention is quite important to the community is that looking at the curing procedures needed to cure diabetes; these procedures are very costly while the condition of diabetes can be prevented in very easy ways. In our group discussion, we found that given proper education on how one is to take care of themselves in terms of good diet, the community is able to reduce the prevalence of diabetes (Chalet, (2010). This coupled with the fact that diabetes condition needs proper practical care of the patient, our education booth fair is suited to diabetes prevention since as we go to give this kind of education to the community, we tend to give these individuals in the community the practical aspect of dealing with diabetes. This creates platform where the diabetic persons get to interact with us and we as nurses get to know some profound knowledge about the diabetic condition. We also chose this topic because in our area of study as depicted by recent medical research, there is high prevalence of diabetic patients in the area and hence this topic forms a very relevant tenet of discussion to that particular area (Gerstein, & Haynes, 2013).

This health topic on diabetes was actually chosen since it gives the nurses the opportunity to have profound knowledge and experience about diabetes. As we interact with the community about diabetes, we will have the real gist of various conditions of diabetes in its practical sense and hence this will make the team gain confidence in handling the patients with diabetes. Given the fact that diabetes is connected to the lifestyle one lives, a practical testimony done by diabetic patient on how he or she carries out themselves will give the nurses the insight they need in order to perfect their art and science of dealing with diabetes (Poretsky, 2012). The fundamental tenet of the effective exercise program is the duration, intensity and the frequency of use for the patient. This notion should occur in a conducive environment for profound body formation and maintenance. In the immediate context a long duration exercise, low-intensity programs are accentuated to be the most appropriate for the diabetic patients. This behavioral practice is because, it tends to keep the blood flow up to date and also gives the body and intense perspiration over a long period. The article is also keen to note that proper diet if observed is crucial in maintaining the blood sugar levels. The control of blood sugar level creates a platform for control of overload of insulin in the body. The article concludes asserting that proper dietary stance with a high level of physical activity and the sedentary behaviors calms down the incidences of diabetes.

Conclusion

In conclusion, physical exercise has been found to be very essential in maintaining the health of expectant women. There is dire need for consistent controlled physical exercise for these women. The enrichment to the flow of blood to these women is quite essential. The high level of physical activities ensure hormonal balance within the body. Additionally it keeps the functioning of the liver in check. The liver as the engine of detoxification is deemed to send signals to the insulin to control the blood sugar level. The perfect flow of blood is fueled by the consistent exercise. The body also needs a lot of energy to function properly. The efficient blood flow will ensure that the nutrients and other food supplies reach the every body part in the most appropriate way. I therefore urge all women in their gestation period to embrace the advent of physical exercise for their growth and that of the unborn child.
