People of all ages are required to take part in physical education to enhance their motor skills development. According to various studies, physical education participation has influenced motor development in children and adolescents. Motor development can significantly affect the development of children's social, cognitive, and physical abilities. Some scientists argue that, motor development reflects motor movement, performance, proficiency, and coordination, explaining human movements' ability. There are some countries where the level of motor development among adolescents and children is deficient because of the physical education program that could help develop their motor skills. This essay focuses on the impact of physical education in school on motor skills development among adolescents as well as in children. This article aimed to determine the physical education curriculum's effeteness on motor development among adolescents and children. According to this research, a meta-analysis of about 20 studies was applied to assess motor development among adolescents and children. The study was experimentally based on the intervention trials, which involved control groups and physical education classes. The classes of physical education were organized by the teacher's activities with the appropriate instructions concerning the school's standard curriculum. According to the research findings, physical education is an essential component that holds an excellent position for developing and maintaining children and adolescents' motor skills. This study explains that by physical education, the students develop and experience motor changes by participating in physical activities such as swimming, individual and team sports, dancing, and playing at home and outside. Therefore, the curriculum of physical education influences the motor development of children and adolescents positively.

This article focuses on how preschool children's motor development is affected by the physical education program. The study is based on combining the body segment's movement pattern in terms of stability and locomotive skills. Stability motor skills include dynamic balance, dodging, and turning, while locomotor skills are sprinting, leaping, and jumping. According to the research study, 119 children of Palermo were used as a control group to determine the significant differences in object control skills and locomotors. It was observed that, the children in the school who adopted physical education program with regular accompaniment improved their motor growth more significantly. A positive rise in the intervention motor skills was noticed in the children exposed to the physical education program. To conclude, the Physical Education Program has a positive influence on children's motor skills development.

In summary, physical education can have an extensive effect on overall motor development in adolescents and children, specifically adolescents and children. Physical education, such as physical activities led by the teachers in the classes, seems to improve motor skills more effectively. Also, other factors such as physical fitness should be addressed to enhance the motor development of children, adolescents, and even people of all ages.
