I came to know Abiodun during his 3 months rotation at internal medicine between (Oct-Dec 2017) at may pen general hospital where I currently serve as a consultant internist and associate an associate director of clinical rotations. These duties have permitted me to interact with every physician that worked with him in the department asuch I can adequately describe his performance.

Abiodun is an engaging individual who leads by example; he is inclusive and consistently exhibits the curiosity and zeal to learn. He is ever prepared for all types of learning situations, having extensively researched all relevant topics so he can provide and practice an evidenced based medicine as well as actively participating during grand rounds discussions and teachings. Abiodun is eloquent, well versed and able to utilize to fullest his theoretical knowledge in clinical practice scenarios. In addition to prioritizing his learning, Abiodun has taken it on himself to consider the needs of others and on multiple occasions he has been seen by other senior residents & attending providing up to date information’s to his fellow interns also educating the relatives of admitted patients about various chronic ailment and appropriate lifestyle modifications.

In summary Abiodun is one of the best interns I ever had. He has the right combination of assertiveness and respect which makes him an absolute delight to work within a team.
