Organizational strategies are extremely important for a company because it affects the company’s operation, management, and many other aspects. Therefore, companies should make use of social media to get employees involved. Companies may even able to manage employees online through social media, so it would not be a problem to hire someone who is really capable but lives far away. In this way, social media can really increase companies’ organizational structure and strategy.
Thirdly, social media can also help companies to improve its organizational strategy by using Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to promote their product or service. And employees can share and post companies products or services as well if they are willing to do so. Social media provide a great opportunity to increase a company’s publicity. Using social media can help companies to become known for public so that more people would purchase their products, and this is a very helpful for organizational strategy so that companies should consider.
