Attempt to act is equally important as attempt to plan. Intentions are essential for action but they are vague unless practical work.

High intensity workouts are excellent to boost your mood and lift yourself up to optimal happiness. The best daily workout for few minutes daily is great for your overall health, happiness and success because exercise release endorphins and they help in better performance. Running, jogging, 30 jumping jacks, 100 simple jumps and roping are some of the exercises to start and improving mood anywhere. Then, add some strengthening exercises in your daily plan to carry out in your room or lawn at home. Few yoga poses including standing, sitting and laying postures will provide additional help. Walk 80 steps in case of urgency.

Apply colors everywhere. Use colors for instant relief and removing clutters from your mind. This activity is full of fun and amazement. You will need a piece of paper, few crayons, paints with brush or pencils to create anything you would like to. It can be a map of your journey towards success or happiness drawn with colorful lines or can be a written list of goals drawn with a suitable icon. Bridge making of the journey from present to future with showing beliefs, emotions and actions is also very healthy and therapeutic for worry minded people.

No one can deny the health benefits of meditation. Happiness is one of the outcomes. For this mental exercise, take easy breaths. Find a silent and empty place, best if close to nature. Close your eyes and focus on your body. Ignore each and every thought that occurs to your mind during this period of meditation for 5 minutes. It is recommended to do this daily for few weeks, 20 minutes per day. This will clear your confusions, aids in gaining control over yourself and enable you to materialize thoughts with better ability through enhancing acceptance and belief on its worth.

Act as if you have reached to what you planned. Concentrate on your body, facial expressions and communicate in the same manner as if you are happier and successful in front of the mirror. Daily act out your desires, wishes and dreams just like an actor. Suppose that you are intended to achieve a certain goal, you must express how you would act to achieve that goal using your body movements. Without any distraction, outline a plan, few comments and dialogues to rehearse. Create an image of that bright future in your mind and put together everything into action finally. After this practice, you will be moving to perfection. Perhaps this strategy need more time to practice, the effects are of full potential. You can also collect some photographs of people who are your inspiration, watch movies in which they deliver a speech; you can imitate their gestures and body language. Your vision will get broader with time. This is the best way to conduct the materialization of thoughts when you don’t feel like meditation and when you have enough bundle of energy packed with willpower.
